All digital images on this website and their copyrights are owned by Stock Skies / Stockskies.com. The owner of Stockskies.com is the sole contributor of content to it.

By purchasing hi-res files off Stockskies.com you are agreeing to and entering a contract for 1 of 3 offered “Royalty Free” license agreements on the date of purchase. All license agreements are “Non-Exclusive” unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon.

If you are interested in exclusive use, please contact us prior to purchase.

No images on this site may be used to train AI in anyway.

All rights granted are governed by the “Standard”, “Enhanced”, or “Unlimited Enterprise” license agreements unless otherwise agreed upon through a Master Services Agreement or a signed Purchase Order. All licenses grant the use of the sky portion of each image only.

Legal Indemnification up to $10,000

Sales and distribution of stand-alone file Use on merchandise, or other products that are intended for resale Transfer or License to more than one employer or client unless licensed for independently

Legal Indemnification up to $250,000

Legal Indemnification – up to $500,000 or the amount agreed upon in a Master Services Agreement or Purchase Order.

Sales and distribution of stand-alone file

Warranty of Non-Infringement: For licensed content Stockskies.com warrants that your use of purchased content is will not infringe on any trademark, or other intellectual property right, and will not violate any right of privacy or right of publicity. This excludes any overlays or modifications by you.

Indemnification of you by Stockskies.com: So long as you, your employee’s, and your client whom you represent are not in breach of this license agreement. Stockskies.com agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless you, your corporate parent, subsidiaries, clients, affiliates, officers, directors and employees from all damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs and attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach by Stockskies.com of this license agreement and its warrant up to the amount in amount stated in the purchased license agreement unless otherwise agreed upon in a “Master Services” agreement or a “Purchase Order.”

Indemnification of Stockskies.com by you: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stockskies.com and its parent company from all damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs and attorney fees) arising out of your use of any content purchased from Stockskies.com that is outside the scope of the license agreed upon above.

Refunds / Cancelations: All refund / cancelation requests must be made in writing via email to info@stockskies.com within 15 days of purchase. The content must be unused to qualify.
